7:00pm. Book Club. At the cafe in the Barnes & Noble bookstore, 14999 Preston Rd, just south of Belt Line (Mapsco 15 B). For the September meeting, we will be discussing Appointment in Samarra, by John O'Hara. I realize there isn't always a lot of time to read a book between receipt of the M-Aura and our next meeting, but call or e-mail me (See M-Aura for details.) and I will be happy to fax or mail a review of the current month's selection. That way you can still come to the meeting and at least have a feel for what's going on. For October, the book will be Dubliners , by James Joyce; for November, The Poisonwood Bible, by Barbara Kingsolver; and for December, A Prayer for Owen Meany, by John Irving.
